Small-Group Cooking Class with Stacey

Spend three hours cooking a full meal in a small, hands-on class designed for home cooks of all levels. Each session is limited to 6 guests, held at Stacey’s home kitchen in East Rockaway, NY. The exact address will be shared via email after you book.

Together, you’ll prepare a complete menu from start to finish, including an appetizer, main dish, side dishes, and dessert. Each class includes one glass of wine plus non-alcoholic beverages. You’re welcome to BYOB if you’d like to enjoy additional alcoholic drinks during the class.

Every date focuses on a different theme or cuisine. Options may include Mediterranean, Greek, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, Jewish home cooking, and more. The specific theme for each session is listed during scheduling so you can choose the class that best matches your interests.

This class is a good fit if you want to feel more confident in the kitchen, prefer learning by doing, and enjoy the idea of cooking and eating with a small group. It works well for friends, date night, family outings, or anyone looking for a relaxed, structured way to cook a full meal from scratch.

What to Bring: Bring an appetite and a smile. All ingredients, equipment, and recipes are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages if you’d like more than the included glass of wine.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. All reservations are non-refundable, but if someone in your party can’t make it, your booking can be rescheduled to a future date.
